Receiving a Review Link

When someone shares a document with you for review, you'll receive a link (via email, Slack, or another channel). This is a magic link — it gives you direct access to the document without needing to create an account.

What You'll See

When you open the link, you'll land on the document viewer:

• The document takes up most of the screen, displayed in a clean, readable format
• A bottom action bar with a Comments button and approval actions (Approve / Request Changes)
• Your name will be shown as the reviewer — if it's your first time, you'll be asked to confirm your name

No Account Required

You don't need to sign up, log in, or remember a password. The magic link handles authentication automatically. Just click and review.

Note: Each review link is unique to you and valid for 7 days. Don't share it with others — if another person needs to review the document, the document owner should generate a separate link for them.
